  • Failure of recliner, sleeper, lift, heating, massage, and vibrating mechanisms
  • Failure of electrical components
  • Seam separation
  • Broken zippers and buttons
  • Broken hinges, handles, drawer glides, pulls, and decorative nail-head trim
  • Chipping of veneer or laminate that exposes the underlying material
  • Warping of eligible furniture
  • Loss of mirror silvering

Accidental Damage Protection

Coverage includes accidental incidents such as:

  • Food and beverage stains
  • Ink and dye-transfer stains
  • Rips, tears, punctures, and burns
  • Liquid rings and water marks

Protection Plan Pricing

Our Montage Furniture Protection Plan is available based on the purchase price of your furniture:

  • Furniture purchases up to $1,500: Protection Plan cost is $149
  • Furniture purchases over $1,500: Protection Plan cost is 10% of the furniture purchase price

How to File a Claim

If a covered issue occurs:

  1. Report the damage within 30 days of discovery.
  2. Contact Montage Customer Care at 800-686-5559.
  3. Have your sales receipt and protection plan information available.

Important Information

This protection plan provides coverage for eligible accidental damage and mechanical failures that occur after delivery and are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions outlined in the official protection plan agreement.
