White Glove Delivery Information

Before Delivery

Our customer service representative will reach out to schedule a delivery date that fits your schedule. Customers will be contacted approximately 24 hours before their scheduled delivery date and provided with a 3-hour delivery window. Delivery appointments must be confirmed, or the delivery will not take place.

Please measure all furniture pathways, doorways, hallways, stairwells, and the intended room before scheduling delivery. Discount Direct Furniture Outlet is not responsible for furniture that does not fit. Delivery fees are non-refundable if the item does not fit or if no one is available to receive the delivery.

White Glove Delivery Includes

  • Delivery to your home

  • Placement in the room of your choice

  • Assembly of purchased items

  • Removal and disposal of packaging materials

  • Transportation up to 3 flights of exterior stairs and 2 flights of interior stairs

  • NOTE FOR APPLIANCES **We unfortunately do not install appliances** White Glove deliveries include transporting your appliances into the desired room of your home, installation is not included.

Furniture Removal (If Selected)

Our delivery team can remove the same type of furniture being delivered.

Examples:

  • Sofa for sofa

  • Mattress for mattress

Furniture deemed unsanitary, unsafe, or hazardous cannot be removed.

Delivery Day Requirements

Please ensure all pathways and furniture placement areas are clear before the delivery team arrives. If the area is not prepared, furniture will be placed in the nearest available location.

All damages or concerns must be noted at the time of delivery. No exceptions.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available during the scheduled delivery window, the delivery team will wait up to 10 minutes before proceeding to the next stop.

Missed deliveries will require rescheduling and are subject to an $80 redelivery fee.

Delivery Pricing

  • Orders $999 and under: $99

  • Orders $1,000 – $1,499: $149

  • Orders $1,500 – $2,499: $199

  • Orders $2,500 and over: $299

Delivery Area

Delivery is available within a 20-mile radius of our store or warehouse.

Deliveries beyond 20 miles are subject to an additional fee of $2.00 per mile.
