minimizes temperature build-up in tank.

• Three Pass Fire Tube Heat Exchanger System—The three pass Heat Exchanger
system keeps the hot combustion gases moving at a high velocity. The combination
of high turbulence and velocity causes an enormous rate of heat transfer into the water.
• Premix Power Burner—A self compensating negative regulation system automatically increases or decreases fuel
flow when a change in combustion air is detected. This provides the range for optimum combustion and efficiency
(automatic high altitude compatibility up to 10,000 ft./3,048m).
• Venting Versatility—The eF Series® can vent vertically or horizontally with either 2", 3", 4" or 6" (51mm, 76mm,
107mm or 152mm) PVC, CPVC, Polypropylene, Stainless Steel, or ABS (not approved for Canada) vent pipe,
and is approved for direct vent closed combustion applications, or those applications that require inside air for
combustion. The eF Series® is also approved for unbalanced venting, which means the air intake pipe doesn’t have
to be vented the same distance as the exhaust. Common vent kits available.

The customer must be present at the time of delivery to allow access, confirm placement, and complete the inspection and required documentation.
We aim to make delivery simple, stress free, and hassle free so you can enjoy your purchase right away.
Return Policy
At Discount Direct Furniture Outlet, we offer high quality furniture at a fraction of traditional retail prices. Our inventory includes overstock, open box, scratch and dent, and floor model pieces sourced from major retailers. Because of the nature of our products, some items may have minor imperfections such as small scratches or signs of handling. We believe in complete transparency, and these imperfections are the reason we are able to offer such significant savings.
Your satisfaction is important to us. At the time of delivery, you will have the opportunity to fully inspect your item. If it does not meet your expectations, you may refuse it on the spot at no cost.
At the time of delivery, you will also be asked to sign a delivery document. Once this document is signed, the sale is considered final. The only exceptions are items covered under the return guidelines below.
Return Guidelines
Certain items may qualify for limited return consideration only in the event of a verified functional issue:
* Power furniture and electrical outdoor furniture must be reported within 7 days of delivery
* Appliances must be reported within 30 days of delivery
All items are tested prior to delivery. Returns under these exceptions apply only to functionality and do not cover cosmetic concerns.
