This service includes handling the item with care during transport, navigating entryways and placement within your home, and ensuring the product is positioned exactly where you would like it.
Please note that while we set up the item for immediate use, we do not offer installation services or modifications that require electrical or mechanical work.
The customer must be present at the time of delivery to allow access, confirm placement, and complete the inspection and required documentation.
We aim to make delivery simple, stress free, and hassle free so you can enjoy your purchase right away.
Return Policy
At Discount Direct Furniture Outlet, we offer high quality furniture at a fraction of traditional retail prices. Our inventory includes overstock, open box, scratch and dent, and floor model pieces sourced from major retailers. Because of the nature of our products, some items may have minor imperfections such as small scratches or signs of handling. We believe in complete transparency, and these imperfections are the reason we are able to offer such significant savings.
Your satisfaction is important to us. At the time of delivery, you will have the opportunity to fully inspect your item. If it does not meet your expectations, you may refuse it on the spot at no cost.
At the time of delivery, you will also be asked to sign a delivery document. Once this document is signed, the sale is considered final. The only exceptions are items covered under the return guidelines below.
Return Guidelines
Certain items may qualify for limited return consideration only in the event of a verified functional issue:
* Power furniture and electrical outdoor furniture must be reported within 7 days of delivery
* Appliances must be reported within 30 days of delivery
All items are tested prior to delivery. Returns under these exceptions apply only to functionality and do not cover cosmetic concerns.
