The customer must be present at the time of delivery to allow access, confirm placement, and complete the inspection and required documentation.

Return Policy

Because of the nature of our products, some items may have minor imperfections such as small scratches or signs of handling. At the time of delivery, you will also be asked to sign a delivery document. Once this document is signed, the sale is considered final. The only exceptions are items covered under the return guidelines below.
