Please note that while we set up the item for immediate use, we do not offer installation services or modifications that require electrical or mechanical work.
The customer must be present at the time of delivery to allow access, confirm placement, and complete the inspection and required documentation.
We aim to make delivery simple, stress free, and hassle free so you can enjoy your purchase right away.
Return Policy
At Discount Direct Furniture Outlet, we offer high quality furniture at a fraction of traditional retail prices. At the time of delivery, you will also be asked to sign a delivery document. Once this document is signed, the sale is considered final. The only exceptions are items covered under the return guidelines below.

* Appliances must be reported within 30 days of delivery
