Featuring a 50-gallon tank, the HPTS-50 is an exceptionally efficient water heater with a 3.88 Uniform Energy Factor (UEF).
This heat pump technology delivers tremendous savings by generating heat through the heat pump technology instead of the heating elements. It offers premium features including a user-friendly display, vacation mode to save money while you are away, and a heavy duty anode that protects your tank for 10 years. In addition to the heat pump technology, this model also has two heating elements that help the water heater recover quickly during periods of high demand. This Heat Pump is Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) Tier 3 qualified.

Please note that while we set up the item for immediate use, we do not offer installation services or modifications that require electrical or mechanical work.
The customer must be present at the time of delivery to allow access, confirm placement, and complete the inspection and required documentation.

Return Policy

Because of the nature of our products, some items may have minor imperfections such as small scratches or signs of handling. Your satisfaction is important to us. At the time of delivery, you will have the opportunity to fully inspect your item. If it does not meet your expectations, you may refuse it on the spot at no cost.
At the time of delivery, you will also be asked to sign a delivery document. Once this document is signed, the sale is considered final. The only exceptions are items covered under the return guidelines below.
Return Guidelines
Certain items may qualify for limited return consideration only in the event of a verified functional issue:
* Power furniture and electrical outdoor furniture must be reported within 7 days of delivery
* Appliances must be reported within 30 days of delivery
All items are tested prior to delivery. Returns under these exceptions apply only to functionality and do not cover cosmetic concerns.
